Suzana Nadejde was born in Piatra Neamț (Romania) and completed her studies at the “Luigi Cherubini” State Conservatory of Music in Florence, where she graduated cum laude in 2019.

In 2017, she made her debut at the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino in the role of Serpilla (Il Giocatore, L. Cherubini).
In 2018, she joined the “Rodolfo Celletti” Belcanto Academy and made her debut as Rosina Caruccia in Il trionfo dell’onore by Alessandro Scarlatti at the Festival della Valle d’Itria (Martina Franca, Bari).

She has been awarded the Sonzogno Prize at the International Salice d’Oro Competition (Novara–Milan, 2019), as well as the Second Prize and the Audience Prize at the International Un futuro de Arte Competition (Medinaceli, Soria). She has also received the Excellence in Music Award granted by the Romanian Ministry of Culture (2013–2014). In 2025, she was awarded the Prix Spécial Philharmonie de Chișinău at the Concours Enesco in Paris.

Since her arrival in Spain, she has made her debut as Isabel of Castile at the Gran Teatro de Córdoba, in the revival of the score Gonzalo de Córdoba with the Orquesta de Córdoba, and has performed as soloist in Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9 with the Orquesta Ciudad de Almería.

In 2024, she made her debut as Mimì in La bohème (G. Puccini) at Òpera de Catalunya and starred in the world premiere of the opera El gitano por amor at the Teatro Cervantes in Málaga, in the role of Rosita.

Throughout her career, she has worked with orchestral and stage directors such as Fabio Luisi, Richard Bonynge, Emilio Sagi, Carlos Aragón, José Miguel Pérez-Sierra, and Michael Thomas, as well as with renowned vocal teachers including Mariella Devia, Sherman Lowe, and Vivica Genaux.

Her voice is distinguished by a powerful, expressive, and flexible timbre, qualities that allow her to naturally embrace a wide lyrical repertoire. Among her roles are Mimì, Fiordiligi, Manon, Semiramide, Desdemona, and other characters from the operatic repertoire.

Upcoming engagements include her return as Rosita in El gitano por amor at the Teatro Campoamor in Oviedo and at the Teatro de la Zarzuela, as well as the role of Raquel in El huésped del Sevillano at the Teatro de la Zarzuela.
